Karen & I have found Strength, Courage, Peace, Hope and Love in and through our relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord. Life for me was a big mess in all respects prior to my commitment to give myself to God. While my efforts to do so have been halting and sometimes pathetic He has blessed me beyond measure and I am convinced that His saving, healing love is the answer to any problems you or I have.
Jesus said "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you for everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him?"(Mt. 7:7-11 NIV) So if you are like me and have more questions than answers and often wonder what the heck God was thinking when --fill in the blank-- I would encourage you to get a Bible in a translation you can read, find a church that encourages you to find the answers and join me as I trudge the road to happy destiny.
