Lets make this year a great one!
Well, here we have hit the ground running and we are excited about 2008 and all the promise it holds. Here are some current aspirations for this year:
We are working towards speeding up our service and improving communication with you while your vehicles are being serviced.
We are looking for another Top Technician to add to our team but will be very picky about who we add to our outstanding team. Until we find the right person I am back doing repairs again and am enjoying the change of pace that provides.
We are considering the purchase of a relatively sophisticated phone answering device/electronic operator to help us be more effecient with our time so we can get estimates done in a more timely fashion. If you have any experience or input in this area I would be very greatful for your input.
I may add more later but I need to get to work.
