Let me introduce my crew
First of all there is my wonderful wife Karen. She is one of our most important pieces of this little enterprise. She knows how to make things feel comfortable. She is also very organized and is in charge of taking care of our vendors and our employees as our chief bookkeeper. She is also in charge of the giving of gifts and is an expert at this very important part of who we are. She is our resident expert in the “how do real people think about this” department and has been instrumental in representing the customers best interests.
Next we have Daniel Molina. He is one of our great ASE certified technicians at Krause’s Automotive. His is soft spoken and thoughtful as well as hard working and conscientious. It would be hard to imagine someone not liking him right away. He is fast becoming one of the best diagnostic techs in this area. He has been a technician since 1988 and someday hopes to open his own auto repair shop. He is a good man, father and husband and we are proud and honored by his working with us.
Finally we have Dean Hockenberry. He is a career auto repair man originally from Kansas. His last 16 years have been spent working for a Nissan dealership in Irving as an ASE Master Certified Technician and Advanced Level Specialist (L1). He brings serious Asian car experience to our shop! His primary responsibility is to help consult our clients in regard to their auto repair needs. His sincerity and integrity impresses immediately. He is a much better listener than I and I suspect that soon our clients will be asking for him instead of me. He is a man of faith who we are proud to welcome into our operation.
