Another exciting spring in Texas!
Well tax time has come and gone now for most of us! I hope that Uncle Sam didn't cause any undue burden on anyone reading this. We were fortunate to be able to pay our fair share of taxes this year and I hope that the Feds will spend our money wisely.
We are well into spring now and the weather has been typically unpredictable around here. There has already been hail damage for many of us locally. The dent repair business is booming. I suspect that the roofing business is also doing well too. Remember that the fly by night operations come out of the woodwork during these times and many times it is better to wait on non-emergency repairs until a local and reputable company can get to your repairs. You will get a better job done and they will be around later if there are any problems.
We have a new employee that is a second generation auto technician. His name is Wayne Carberry and he is originally from Pennsylvania. He and his dad were involved in auto racing for a time and he hopes to get back into it eventually. So far we have been favorably impressed with his abilities and are pleased to have him on our team.
Danny and I were pleased to attend some great training on Mercedes and Volkswagen recently and are excited to use what we learn to provide excellent diagnosis, repair and maintenance for our valued clients. We also will be taking some ASE testing in May. Keeping current on this industry is a challenge but it is well worth it.
Be careful out there and remember to replace your worn wiper blades and tires so you will be safer when the ugly weather hits. Remember to find another route whenever you encounter flood waters that are running over the road too! We want your spring to be beautiful, fun and safe.
Thanks for letting me take the wheel.......
Robert
